Welcome to Backeer MailServer dedicated cloud e-mail server solutions. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following rules and conditions.

1. Service Scope

Backeer provides its enterprise customers with a dedicated mail server infrastructure, account/quota management panel, migration assistance, and professional support. Users are responsible for managing account storage quotas and total server disk distribution within the limits of their plans.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (Anti-Spam Mandate)

Maintaining a clean IP address reputation is our top priority. The following practices are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate service suspension:

• Spamming: Sending unsolicited mass marketing emails, cold sales emails, or newsletters without explicit opt-in consent from the recipients.
• Phishing: Transmitting deceptive content meant to steal personal identifiers or spoofing other organization domains.
• Malicious Code: Spreading trojans, worms, viruses, or other dangerous binaries through SMTP gateways.

3. Billing & Billing Disputes

All plans are subject to recurring monthly or annual billing. Failure to settle outstanding balances within 7 calendar days of the due date may lead to server lockout and eventual secure data erasure.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

While Backeer guarantees standard hardware and connectivity availability (see SLA Commitment), we are not responsible for delivery blockages triggered by recipient server spam filters, improper domain MX configuration by the client, or user credential leaks.
