For server deployment and account management purposes, we collect the following limited information:

• Account Credentials: Full name, company name, billing details, and registration e-mail.
• Technical Metadata: Access IPs, server runtime logs, and performance metrics (CPU, memory consumption).

2. Email Data Confidentiality (Zero-Read Promise)

All cloud mail servers are single-tenant dedicated instances. We strictly implement a Zero-Read policy. Backeer technical staff and third parties have no access to raw email databases, transit contents, or user passwords. Your storage is protected by solid disk-level encryption.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process account and technical metrics solely to keep your virtual instances operational, troubleshoot hardware/network issues, and meet our strict uptime obligations under the SLA.

4. Security Safeguards

Your systems are hardened using production-grade protocols (mandatory SSL/TLS for SMTP/IMAP, 2048-bit RSA DKIM signatures, and SSH-key authorization). Network-level security rules are deployed to restrict illegitimate system entry.
